Marina Carney Vernon is a third generation resident of Lake Forest/Lake
Bluff . The depth of her local network reflects her longevity in the community
and her 17-years experience as a top producer in the realty field. Marina
founded the Proximity Partners in 2000, joining with two other top producing
agents in creating a business model that has proved invaluable for buyers
and sellers alike . She enjoys leadership and support roles with numerous
civic organizations including the Lake Forest Hospital Women's Board,
the Lake Forest Garden Club, Lake Forest Country Day School and Woodlands
Academy. She has three young adult children. Nick and Chris are recent
graduates of the University of Montana and Colorado College, respectively.
Daughter Boo, is at Wittenberg University in Ohio where she is an All-American
on the Field Hockey team. Marina enjoys gardening, fly fishing, sports,
riding, hunting and adventure travel - and is our resident historian on

Andrew Mrowiec is a twelve-year resident of Lake Forest, and hails from
a veteran real estate family in Park Ridge, Illinois. He has been a top
producer in the North Shore market since 1998, and was previously a trader
at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Andy also has professional experience
in the insurance brokerage industry. He has furthered his knowledge of
the real estate industry through ongoing study and has earned the distinguished
CRS and GRI designations, as well as his full brokers' license. He concentrates
in residential sales, but also does property management and investment
property purchase and sales. He and his wife Robyn, a veterinarian, have
three children, Simon and twins Elliot and Collette. Andy is very active
with Christ Church of Lake Forest, as both a member and volunteer. He
is also the founder and leader of a Realtor prayer and support group at
the church as well. He enjoys sports activities and travels with his family.

Julie Morse has lived in the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff area for nearly 20
years. Her knowledge of the North Shore is extensive, having also lived
in Wilmette and Evanston, and she especially enjoys helping new residents
with their relocation needs. Raised in Oyster Bay, New York, she settled
on the North Shore after attending Northwestern and going on to write
for the Chicago Tribune in Homes and Real Estate. In 1998, she merged
her communications skills with networking acumen to become a top-producing
North Shore realtor. She joined the Proximity Partnership in 2000, and
today holds realty licenses in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Julie is married
to Jeff Sunderman, a recycling executive. They have six children among
them, with collegiate ties to Vanderbilt, Colorado College, Northeastern,
Kendall College and University of Illinois. Julie enjoys riding, singing,
and writing, and she is active in her church, book club and several non-profit
organizations, including St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
